All lanes on I-39 northbound near Mosiness are open again after a trailer accident Friday night.

According to a Wisconsin Department of Transportation alert, the crash happend just after 6:00 p.m. in the northbound lane near the Central Wisconsin Airport exit. Another alert showed the crash was cleaned up and traffic was moving again just after 7:30 p.m.

A NewsChannel 7 member and witnesses tell NewsChannel 7 the trailer a utility truck was pulling flipped on its side and landed in the median, but the Marathon County Sheriff's Office has not yet confirmed that. One witness described traffic as backed up for about a mile and said vehicles were at a standstill.

We have a call into the Marathon County Sheriff's Office and Wisconsin State Patrol, but have not heard back.
