Bucks force Game 7 with 104-89 victory over Nets

MILWAUKEE (WSAW) -The Bucks fought off elimination and bounced back from a heartbreaking Game 5 loss to defeat the Brooklyn Nets 104-89 in Game 6 at Fiserv Forum. The much-hyped Eastern Conference Semifinal series will be decided with Game 7 in Brooklyn on Saturday night.

Milwaukee’s leading duo of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton came up big with their season on the line. The two combined for 68 points, 38 from Middleton (A career playoff high) and 30 from Antetokounmpo. Jrue Holiday chipped in 21 as well.

The Bucks led by 11 at halftime, and after multiple Brooklyn runs to get the advantage down to single-digits, Milwaukee finally put the game to bed midway through the fourth quarter.

After a 49-point triple-double in Game 5, Brooklyn’s Kevin Durant scored 32 in Game 6, but no other Net scored more than 16.
