John Stamos talks about nutritious eating and men’s health on Sunrise 7
(WSAW) - No matter how you slice it, eating well and following a regular exercise program is vital to good health. June is Men’s Health Month, a good reminder for men and everyone who loves them to practice healthy lifestyle habits.
Two-time Emmy Award nominated television, film and theater actor and philanthropist John Stamos enjoys healthy living every day. As a husband and father to his young son, he knows how important it is to incorporate daily activities, choose healthy food options and good nutrition for a balanced life.
John enjoys sharing tips with others as to how they can incorporate wise food choices that make sense for their families. Some of his family’s favorite foods are sandwiches, but to reduce their carb intake and manage portion controls, they choose nutritious and tasty ingredients like lean meats, fresh vegetables and use thinner sliced bread.
Giving back to communities also plays a big role in John’s life and echoing his passion for healthy living and helping others, he is volunteering at the Los Angeles Area Regional Food Bank.
On Sunrise 7 Wednesday, John shared how he prioritizes health and good nutrition, despite his very busy lifestyle, and how we can do the same.
